Type your user name or the e-mail address of your account. The studio sends a link to choose a new password; it works once, for 1 hour. Your two-factor code will still be asked when you sign in.

Open 2FAS (or your authenticator app) and type the 6-digit code shown for this studio.

Phone lost? Type one of your recovery codes (like 3f2a-91bc) instead of the 6 digits, then ask an administrator to reset your two-factor authentication.

You signed in with a temporary password. Choose your own: 12 characters or more, without your user name.

Set up two-factor sign-in

Required for every account: after your password, the studio will ask for a code from your phone.

1. Install 2FAS on your phone (free, App Store or Google Play), or use the authenticator app you already have.
2. In the app, add an account and scan this QR code.
3. Type the 6-digit code the app shows.

First set-up

The studio has no administrator yet. Enter the set-up code shown on the server when the site was updated, then create the administrator account.

The code is valid 48 hours. A new one is printed each time the site is updated on the server, until an administrator exists. Two-factor sign-in is set up right after.
